Due to the energetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We offer tracked, insured shipping (UP TO $100)to Canada and the United States. If you require additional insurance, please contact us directly.
All our packaging is 100% biodegradable and/or recycled materials. We honour our planet by reducing greenhouse gas emissions whenever possible.
Damages need to be claimed within 24 hours of date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to control handling of the postal service, this is why we only offer insured shipments. We take great care to ensure proper packaging for safe travels. Store credits may be issued, no refunds or returns due to the energetic nature of our products.

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to dispatch, once item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation with tracking number via email. If we are able to dispatch sooner we will.
Shipping times may vary, due to COVID-19 restrictions with our courier companies. We are not responsible for any items that get held up at customs, or any other reasons that are beyond our control.
The buyer is responsible for payment of any duties owed.
If you would like an item put on hold for you, a 50% deposit is required. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of $50.
